Then, you'll get a plan that teaches you how to move & live with better posture, less rib sticking out, and no fear of your curve getting worse.

VISCERAL & NEURAL MANIPULATION SESSION

You know that nagging tightness that doesn’t go away, no matter how many stretches or massages you try? Sometimes it’s not your muscles or spine. It can be your organs, fascia, or nerves that send pain shooting up your back. In this one-on-one 60-minute session, Dr. Meghan uses her hands to ease tension in tight, hidden spots. This helps your body move as smoothly as butter. It’ll ease nerve tension and reveal issues that might affect your pain or movement. You’ll leave ready to say YES to any activity you want, without that annoying pain holding you back.

SMALL GROUP PILATES FOR SCOLIOSIS
$65/class or $200 for 4 classes
Your body’s changing. You can feel it. You're walking taller. Sitting straighter. Catching yourself in the mirror and thinking, Wait…are my shoulders even without me even thinking about it?
Small group Pilates classes keep that momentum going. They’re specifically built for men and women with Scoliosis. You’ll work on scoliosis-specific corrections in a room where people understand why breathing into your left back rib is actually a thing (and why you might need a second to find it).
Unlike general group classes where you’re left to blindly follow and hope for the best, Dr. Meghan keeps an eye on your form, your cues, and your body’s way of moving. You will finally be able to twist to grab your bag from the backseat without flinching. Or stand in line at Target and notice your weight’s even on both feet. Or walk off the golf course without an excruciating post-round ache. It’s strength built for your life.
*Before you jump in, it’s required to have 3 private sessions together. That way, when you show up to group class, you already know your curve, your cues, and how to get the most out of each move.

TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR SCOLIOSIS PACKAGE

Wonder why your right shoulder always hikes up when you walk? Why sitting through a movie leaves your mid-back on fire? Why the pain flares up after vacuuming, but not running? In these curve-specific sessions, you’ll build strength, loosen tight areas, and re-align your body from the inside out. We’ll look at the patterns in your curve. Then, we’ll teach your body to move in new ways so you stop reinforcing those patterns. You’ll learn how to sit, stand, lift, run, golf, exercise, walk–whatever the heck you want– in a way that supports your curve and makes your body sigh in relief.
You’ll leave each one-hour session equipped with home exercises (yep, I’m giving you videos made for your specific body) so you can keep the progress going between appointments.

Feel stronger in everyday life moments. These small group Pilates classes are a step above the basics by blending strength training with core work. So, you’re not just “working out.” You’re training your body to carry groceries without feelings like your arms might fall off. Or climb stairs without your knees groaning. Or keep your balance when your dog yanks the leash. You’ll build power, improve balance, and protect your joints, all while getting expert eyes on your form so you stay safe and get the most out of every move.
