Your first visit is all about understanding your unique spine and setting the stage for real progress. During this 1:1 session, we’ll complete a comprehensive scoliosis-specific evaluation and walk through your first corrective strategies together. Please allow a little over an hour for this appointment.
If you have recent x-rays, bring them with you! They’ll help us see a fuller picture of your curve pattern and guide your plan more precisely.

Imagine moving through life with clothes fitting better, less rib sticking out, growing taller and a deep trust in your own body. That’s what scoliosis treatment is designed to deliver.
Most clients start to feel more independent with their posture corrections within about 10 sessions. By around 24 sessions, you can expect to confidently maintain your corrected posture without constant reminders—leading to greater strength, mobility, and ease in everything you do.
Your new movement patterns won’t just be exercises—they’ll become second nature, helping you live, move, and feel your best every day.

Dry needling is a safe and effective technique used to relieve pain, release muscle tension, and improve movement. It’s commonly used to treat a wide range of conditions, including:
Athletic injuries and muscle strains
Neck and shoulder pain
Headaches
Tendinitis
Low back pain
By targeting trigger points, dry needling can help restore joint range of motion, improve body mechanics, and even reduce the risk of future injuries.
If you're curious whether dry needling is right for you, we’d love to help—schedule a personalized evaluation with one of our trained physical therapists.
-
Everyone experiences dry needling a little differently depending on the area being treated, but common sensations during treatment may include:
A dull, achy feeling near the treatment site
Occasional sharp or surprising pain (totally normal!)
Muscle twitching where the needle is inserted (this is the trigger point releasing)
Post-treatment effects can vary, but here’s what’s typical:
Soreness in the treated area—similar to how you might feel after a tough workout
Improved range of motion, though you might feel some temporary tightness
Mild bruising (less common but possible)

The Well Co. is a cash-based, out-of-network practice. If you'd like, we’re happy to provide a superbill—an itemized receipt with everything you need to submit an out-of-network claim to your insurance provider.
Before your visit, we recommend contacting your insurance company to ask if they reimburse for out-of-network services. Most do (excluding Medicare, Medicaid, and some HMOs), which can help offset your out-of-pocket cost.
-
We’re committed to delivering the highest-quality care, which means one-on-one time with your physical therapist—every session. Unfortunately, this level of personalized care isn’t supported by most insurance models.
By choosing to operate as a cash-based practice, we’re free to treat based on what you truly need, not what insurance will cover. That means no overlapping patients, no rushed visits, and no unnecessary limitations—just expert care, tailored to you.
-
Payment is due at the time of service, but we offer several flexible options to make it easier:
Pay in full up front
Split the total into two or three payments
Pay per session as you go
We accept cash, credit, debit, HSA, checks, and Venmo. During your first session, we’ll work together to create a care plan and clearly outline the number of visits, pricing, and options—so there are no surprises.
