Manual Therapy

For athletes or adults who want to stay active without setbacks, manual therapy helps your body move smoothly and recover faster. We use hands-on methods to relax tight muscles, improve joint movement, and target problem areas. This way, everyday activities won't make you feel achy or sore.

  • Loosen stiff joints – We use gentle movements to help your joints. This way, you can swing, stretch, and step with ease and without pain.

  • Release tight muscles – We use methods like dry needling to target sore spots and knots. This helps your muscles relax and recover faster.

  • Free up tissue – Soft tissue work reduces tension, breaks scar tissue, and helps you move better in sports, workouts, or daily life.

  • Prevent future injuries – We help your body stay strong by fixing underlying issues so you can enjoy the activities you love.

Performance Assessments

Stop guessing why your body is acting weird and get concrete answers. Performance Assessments are for runners, swimmers, paddlers, tennis players, pickleball players etc. who want to move stronger, faster, and pain-free. We observe how you move during the activity that’s causing you problems. This helps us find what limits your performance or causes discomfort.

  • See your body in action – Running, swinging, jumping, kicking, or paddling, we break down your movement as it happens.

  • Pinpoint the root problem – Video analysis shows us the causes of tightness, imbalances, or inefficiency so we can address them.

  • Track your progress – See how your form gets better over time. Feel the difference in each step, stroke, or swing.

  • Move smarter, not harder – Use techniques like Pose Running and sport-specific drills. They help you reduce effort, improve efficiency, and cut injury risk.

Sports Recovery + Return to Sport Therapy

You’ve gotten through rehab, but running, swinging, or lifting again still feels iffy. You’re thinking: Will my knee flare up? Will my shoulder give out mid-swing? Can I play without regretting it tomorrow? And it makes you hesitate to move like you used to.

Our Sports Recovery program helps you move without hesitation in the sports and activities you enjoy. We observe your body movements in different activities. Then, we design exercises that:

  • Strengthen the joints and muscles you lean on most

  • Retrain your body to move safely and efficiently.

  • Build confidence so you don’t hesitate or second-guess every step.

  • Lower your risk of reinjury. This will help you perform better, build strength, improve control, and avoid aches or pains. This way, you won’t second-guess yourself anymore.

Postural Respiration TherapY

Ever notice your back tenses up halfway through a run? Or your shoulders ache after sitting at a desk all day? Or your core just won’t “turn on” no matter how many crunches you do? That’s your body telling you that your breathing and core mechanics aren’t working together the way they should.

This technique trains your diaphragm and ribcage to move correctly so your spine gets the support it needs. You’ll notice your core engage, tension fade, and your body move freely. This works for running, lifting, swimming, or just getting through your day without neck pain.

Sure, you're learning to breathe. But you’re also enhancing the movement and strength that your body has been wanting, from your neck down to your feet.

Prehab + Post-Surgical Care

Surgery is scary. Will you be able to bend down to tie your shoes after? Sit through dinner without your back tweaking? Or lift your kid without wincing? We've thought of it all, so you don't have to.

Before surgery, we look at exactly what your body needs to handle the operation. You’ll practice the movements that make everyday life easier. Like rolling out of bed, climbing stairs, and even standing at the sink doing dishes, so your body isn’t in shock when you get home.

We guide you on what to ask your surgeon, what exercises to do, and how to set up your home so you can move safely.

After surgery, we’re with you as you heal, too. We help you restore your balance, mobility, and strength. You can walk the dog, carry groceries, swing a golf club, or chase your kids with ease again. Getting back to the life you love has never been so easy.

    A private, one-hour session with Dr. Ashley. She'll see how your body moves, pinpoint what’s causing your pain, and determine a treatment plan to help you feel whole again.

  • 6 VISIT Package

    $1,380

    Save $120 by booking six one-hour sessions. Each visit helps ease your pain, loosen stiff joints, and build the kind of strength you need for everyday life. You’ll also get six weeks of easy-to-follow exercise videos that you can do right from your living room.

  • 10 VISIT Package

    $2,100

    Save $400 and keep the momentum going by booking 10 one-hour sessions. Sessions are targeted to ease your pain, improve flexibility, and build lasting strength that supports daily living. You’ll also get ten weeks of easy-to-follow exercise videos that you can do right from your living room.

  • Comprehensive Rehab

    Comprehensive rehab includes multiple one-on-one sessions every week. You get continuous support and care to help you fully recover after surgery or a major injury. We're with you as much as you need until you're back to 100%.
